KLM Social media

On a recent flight from Amsterdam to Lima, I was amazed by the companies use of social media. As soon as I learnt about it, I knew I had to share it on our blog!



They use their social media platforms not only to promote their page, but also as a way of communication, 24/7 with their customers.

How awesome and creative! It gives a complete freshness to the usual, annoying customer service.

Today, companies really need to make themselves aware of what the customer wants, and especially... How!

Being able to contact KLM via your social media of choice is such a comfortable alternative to clients, and an example for innovative business ideas.
